All defective merchandise is subject to repair or exchange. Bluegrass Uniforms reserves the sole right to make the final determination as to repair or replacement. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Customer must receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before any merchandise can be returned. Merchandise returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please have your invoice number ready. There are no refunds of freight or handling charges. Returns cannot be accepted for items that are discontinued, used or custom made. - Bluegrass Uniforms reserves the right to refund the customer or give
in-store credit toward furture purchases.
